EGO. Ego makes you think you know, when you actually don't know.     Ego compels you to reach a goal. Ego makes you lovable or an asshole.     Ego makes your esteem, high or low. Ego makes your bank account grow.     Ego makes the blood shed of war, flow. Ego makes you walk through snow.     Ego will put you on death row. If all fails, skid row.     Ego will make you hot air blow. Ego will make you play a sex role.     Ego can make you whole. Ego can leave you dead in a big hole.     Ego can make you go go go. Sometimes so fast, or so-ooo slo-ooow.     It propels you. It compels you.     Or repels you. Does it control you?     Or do you control it? Only Epistemological reality knows.     Because. Ego and reality don't mix.     Ego plays tricks. Ego says you're great.     Reality knows you're second rate.
